We save certain messages and e-mails on file for promotional and marketing purposes, but we are not required to and do not retain every such message.
Sales Returns Limitations
Jewelry may not be returned or exchanged due to health concerns. I do not sell used jewelry, and will not accept returned items. ALL SALES FINAL!!! I attempt to show you the jewelry pieces. If you have concerns, please contact me before purchases. Gemstones, leathers, metals, clasps take on body oils that prevent reuse of jewelry. Make sure you are satisfied at the time of purchase!!
Repairs
Jewelry can be returned for repairs within one year of purchase. I charge $19.50 hour/or part thereof, plus costs for any items needed for the repair. Make sure all repairs include all loose beads or other items needing repair. It might take up into a year to secure replacement beads or other items, if they can be replaced at all. I reserve the right to refuse your item for repair if circumstances are beyond my control to assist you. Many times a local jeweler can make a repair for you. Shipping and handling is free to return you item to you.
